how to request a refund:
To Request a refund, please email us at: chsport2025@gmail.com and we will process your request promptly.
You have 2 weeks from the day you recieve the item to request a refund. We will take refund requests case by case.
Refund Policy - the basics
If photo evidence is attached via email, we will process a full refund to any customer who's purchase arrives with any malfunctions or defects. If you change your mind about your purchase, we can exchange it for an item with the same value. You will need to ship the item back to us but we will send your new item to you with no additional shipping cost.
